Hi all!
Was up by 4 this morning so I could get to work by 5 a.m., then finally left at 7 p.m. After a day of eating donuts and scones for breakfast, pizza for lunch, ice cream for a snack, and then coconut crusted shrimp for dinner (really, that's a lot of bad stuff all in one day!), decided that I could squeeze in 20 minutes of fast intervals on the treadmill. Surprisingly, the legs were not stiff one bit today, which is why I even attempted to try. Then, I was running intervals at 6.5 mph, which is way faster than I normally run. So excited. Now ready to hit the sack. Think I'll take a break from running tomorrow. I'm on a roll, but don't want to blow it.
