Hi all!
We're back from our trip, where they all did plenty of hiking and I mostly worked. Now we're back in the normal swing of things - cross country practice for DS, soccer practice for DD, etc. School doesn't start 'til after Labor day, so they can still enjoy the lazy days.
I on the other had, finally got in a wo. Dog walk (1 mile) to warm up, then 2.5 mile run which is when the left outer knee started bothering me, so 1.5 mile walk home, followed by plenty of stretching! 8 week to go until the half, so keeping the knee healthy is important.

Heidi - Great job on BR plus weights! How are your knees after all that jumping?
