Today I start week 2 with my rotation.

What are your plans today?

Wow April already time is flying by!!!!

Today my plan is STS Disc #1

Last night I did Low Impact Step. :)

So Belinda: What does your week look like for your rotation?

My plans this week:
M: STS disc 1 chest, shoulders and biceps
Tues: XT Ride
Weds: STS disc 2 back/triceps
Thurs: XT LIH
Fri: STS disc 3 legs
Sat: Super cuts

I am mixing up a couple rotations from XT, STS, LIS etc. :)

Sherry: What are your plans today and or this week. :)

T - 20 min & ab Jam & weight workout?
W - TJ
Th - 20 min & ab ia & weights
Fri - Tj
Sa - off
Sun - punch, kick, jam

Instead of TJ I will mix it up w /TF.

Looks like I'm a bit behind.

Yesterday - rest day - needed the day off to do laundry, grocery shop, etc. after not being able to do it over the weekend.

Today - XTrain CBS + Core #1 - I'll be feeling this tomorrow!

Plan for the week: alternate XTrain weight work with running. It's finally warm, so need to get the legs moving (not that it being cold has stopped the rest of the family).

Goal is to keep focused on eating cleaner so that the muscle will start to show!

Belinda - Great plan for the week. Looks like a great blend of circuit weights and weights. Keep up the great work!

Heidi - Almost thought you were starting an STS rotation, but I see what you're doing. You'll be feeling this week for sure!

Kids are on break this week, so schedule is a bit off, but less running around (thank goodness!). Time to get dinner rolling.

I was so busy cleaning, I forgot to check in yesterday :confused: got a lot done. We also booked our flight to Germany :eek:

Weds:
20min run
LIS tri legs
20 min cycle

Today: STS disc 2 tri/back

I have leg DOMS! Most likely I will be sore again from my upper workout today too. ;)

Friday: Plan is XT disc 7 AOLIH

Sat: is XT super cuts

Sherry: What's your plan this evening? Any time to get in a workout?

Wed - no wo due to horrible headache, but also had wonderful DOMS in the c/b/s's.

Thurs - 2 mile interval run/walk plus dog walk (when it's above freezing and no wind or rain, it's warm!) :)

today - XTrain Bi's & Tri's in a bit, plus working from home, so will definitely get in a dog walk

Belinda - YAY you got your tickets! I know you are looking forward to seeing your family. Enjoy TJ today. House cleaning - yeah, we could use some more around here, but sometimes it takes a lot of work to rally the troops. :)

Heidi - If you don't have some good DOMs going everywhere (not just the legs), you will by the end of the week based on your wo plans! Hope you get it all done! ;)

Belinda: How did you do today with your workout?

Today was XT LIH

I have DOMS everywhere Sherry! LOL! It was hard getting moving this morning due to hamstrings tightness. But once I got into the program things began to loosen up. Should be sore again tomorrow I think. LOL!

Belinda: As far as my STS rotation....it isn't an actual STS rotation but rather a mixing of STS, LIS and XT series. ;) I am sort of following a rotation written by Horsing around. It is a 12 week rotation too.

Sherry: Sorry about the headache. OI I hate when I get mine that I can't budge for days.
Nice job on thurs! :)
Have a great workout this afternoon! I am sure you will be feeling it tomorrow. HEHE ;)

I'm back to report Bi's & Tri's done! I'll save core for tomorrow (leg day) because it's late, but at least I got it in!

Heidi - Love hearing about your stiff hamstrings, only because I try to be a morning exerciser, but some mornings the body just doesn't get loose fast enough to make it a good work out in the limited time I have. Sounds like an interesting rotation - I'll need to check that one out.

Bedtime, really. I'm exhausted. See you tomorrow.

Decided to loosen up the legs with a dog walk and 2 mile run/walk intervals. Still plan to do XTrain legs later today.

Legs done - XTrain Standing only plus STS Med Ball Abs! So proud of myself that I did the abs, too! :D

That is the issue about mornings for sure....getting moving is half the battle. ;) My MIL swears by her showers. LOL!

Hi Sherry! AWESOME JOB! I love that ab workout too. :)

Well I am feeling my walk from Friday to meet my goal in steps taken for the day. I did a fast paced walk on a hilly street course. My shins are very sore today! I also did a 3 mile
TM workout yesterday which I am sure added to it.

Yesterday was very busy with house stuff. My son turned 18 yesterday and we had a family gathering here last night. Was great to have all the kids home together again. :)
I stayed up way too late so I am sort of dragging today. So far I have just done paperwork and taken a nap. ;)

Not sure if I will just call it a rest day or not.....

Belinda: Great job on your workout too! :) Enjoy your rest day! Any special plans for today?

Happy Sunday!

Dog walk and 2 mile run/walk intervals done today. A bit too windy, otherwise might have gone longer. Pleased that the DOMS from last night's legs aren't as bad as last week, so the run felt really good today.

Got on the scale today :( - figured as much with the way the pants have been fitting. Kids on spring break means we've been a bit off in our eating - more indulgences. Fortunately they go back to school next week, so we can all get back on the healthier eating band wagon.

Belinda - Enjoy your rest day. Are you getting results from TJ? Or at least maintaining?

Heidi - I'm sure having a full house was fun, even though it takes a lot of work to make it happen. Use today as your rest day, especially with those DOMS, and get back at it tomorrow.

Plan for this week - Burn Sets for upper alternating with running, with a good leg wo at the end of the week.
