Sherry: Nice job yesterday! It was pretty windy here as well. I did end up taking a rest day and finished up house stuff instead.
As for the eating that really is most of the battle isn't it? I am really trying to keep to a good eating plan but sometimes it just doesn't happen. Keep at it and try to make up meals ahead when possible or brown bag it. :)

This morning was Supercuts. Fun and non stop! :)

Off to shower and work.

Belinda: How was your weekend and what are your plans for today? :)

Hapy Monday!

Ran (really drove) over to the ocmpnay gym at lunch and squeezed in iCycle Set 1 20 min on the bike - great change up for the legs, and pushing the tension to ge the heart rate up and quick but not dripping sweat!

Heidi - Great job on SC! Yep, brown bag it always when I'm not on the road - that's the biggest calorie gain but I'm getting better at being prepared for that, too.

Belinda - what are your plans today?

Burn Sets CBS on tap for tonight - looking forward to it. BBL!

Hi all!

Sqeezed in a 2 mile interval run on the TM yesterday, along with sitting in the drizzle for both a track meet then a soccer game that was called with 15 minutes left due to lightening. Good thing that it was, because we barely made it to the car before the downpour started.

Also good thing that I had the forthought to throw chicken in the crock pot, because we were cold, tired and hungry when we were finally able to eat dinner.

Today's plan is Burn Sets BT, hopefully before not after another soccer game (they start late at 7:00), which may or may not get delayed/cancelled depending on if we get that next round of thunderstorms. This time of year is rough for spring sports.

Belinda - Looks like you are enjoying TJ 'cause you are easily keeping up with it. Getting any of this nasty weather?

Heidi - what are your plans this week?

What you have you girls been up to this week?

Just finished a 30 min bike workout and STS Disc 4 for chest, shoulders and biceps.

Yesterday was yard work and a 2 mile interval hilly walking workout on theTM. After 2 hours of yard work my biceps felt as though they were going to pop! Took some advil and felt better later. Just weird how that really got me!

Good morning!

Yesterday I did get in Burn Sets BT and a dog walk, but couldn't fit in abs. So need to get those in today with my 2 mile inteval run, which will again be on the tm due to rain. Very tired of the cold and wet. At least DD's team won their soccer game last night which helped make it tolerable.

Belinda - you are doing great keeping up with TJ. Are you following a rotation?

Heidi - what are your plans today?

Sherry: If it's not snow and cold it's rain and dampness. ;) We are all in the same boat here too. I hope this weekend it clears up so I can continue with the yard clean-up I started.

I just completed Athletic Training. PHEW! Tough but an awesome mixed workout!

Hi all!

I did get my 2 mile run in, and they are feeling better. Now if only the weather would cooperate. :( Being disciplined with stretching and rolling afterwards, as well as genearl posture when I'm sitting at my desk, so IT band is not casuing issues. By continuing to strengthen my legs all around, I do hope those leg issues when running are behind me. :)

Heidi - AT is a great wo! I forget how much I like that one. Feeling the DOMS mostly in the pecs and shoulders still but not the arms - maybe need to go heavier next time I do Burn Sets?

Belinda - Are you still having fun with TJ?

Last night I did a 3 mile run on the TM. Wasn't sure if I would get in a w/o today.
Work errands and an appt. today so it had been busy. Maybe do something tonight if I am not too tired by the time I get home.

XTrain Legs (standing only), Stab Ball Abs, and a dog walk all done!

Belinda - Great job on your wo. Glad someone has nice weather 'cause it's not here yet! Dog gets so impatient with me piling on all the layers for her walks. Hope the vet appt went ok.

Heidi - Nice run. Hope you got in something today with everything else, otherwise call it a rest day (though sometimes I seem to get lots of those ;)).

Beautiful day outside - sunny and in the 40's! :) Dog walks and Total Body Stretching (all 3 segments) as today is a rest day.

Another bright note - taxes done! Got that off the to-do list. :D

Still working on the usual weekend stuff to try to get ready for the week ahead - lots of track meets and soccer games - and the weather is going downhill again - rain everyday! So tired of it! :(

Heidi - Did you squeeze in a wo between the house stuff?

Belinda - Hope you enjoyed your rest day yesterday. How does TJ kickbox compare to Cathe?

I started week 4 of my rotation. Today I did Kick, Punch and Jam.

Sherry - well, TJ is a lot of fun. No dread factor. They intense enough without all that jumping. My feet can't take Cathe's high impact anymore.
