I had surgery and nopw finally can start working out. The problem is I'm totally out of shape, but only have advanced workout DVDs and can't buy new ones right now. Is thetre a way to make a rotation for a beginner that uses advanced workout DVDs? I tired doing Low Max and after 2 intervals had to quit.
