Has anybody got any suggestions for a rotation to get myself back into working out regularly again. I know Cathe has done a beginner and intermediate rotation. But I wish she would do an up to date rotation focusing on getting back into the routine. I noticed there was a recent article in her blog on returning to exercise and I thought a new rotation would compliment this.
Hopefully she may be able to do one soon, although she is very busy getting the low impact series out. I can't wait for that to arrive and I'm sure it will give me the motivation I need lol.
