Get "XTRAIN" Conditioned!

Happy Weekend! I'll be checking in throughout to see how you are doing! I need to make sure you are well conditioned for XTRAIN! Whoop Whoop!!!
 
I'm not sure I'm ever quite ready for what you have in store for us, TONIGHTS MMA boxing, then Sat and Sun I have spin classes and each day I'll do and upper body weight segment from 4 Day Split...I've never used them before, so I'm really looking forward to it. Have a great weekend!
 
I am super excited about this set and can't wait, hopefully everything is coming along as planned.

Waiting to get over this stupid virus (cough sneeze splutter groan) so I can continue with STS; am on Meso 2 - my favorite Meso. Very frustrating not being able to get my Cathe fix in! So looking forward to Xtrain (but am a teensy bit scared...)
 
Hi Cathe!

I have a wedding this Saturday, but I'll be doing a hard core cardio workout on Sunday for some damage control ;).

I'm SO ready for Xtrain!! Bring it on :eek:


(BTW, I did Turbo Barre Friday and just have to say that it truly is a masterpiece. Out of all your workouts, that one is my Mt.Everest :eek:. More Barre, pretty please :))

Well, the best laid plans...didn't do MMA boxing Friday. Went to dinner with friends instead. Did go to spin today, but my upper body workout was washing windows, not a selection from 4DS. Oh how I love clean windows!

So looking forward to Xtrain!

Exactly what would be your reccommendations on "getting conditioned for XTRAIN" .. :confused:.. {{ kinda scared to ask }}

Hi Cathe! I am sooo stoked for XTrain! I can not wait! :eek:

I do have one question. I've been doing these workouts called Horizontal Conditioning twice a week for about 3 months now (along with my Cathe cardio and lower body work of course!). They are mostly plank work/body weight exercise and they have been phenomenal for my upper body and core. I'm not sure what to do when I get XTrain though. I fully intend to do a rotation of XTrain when it comes out, but I'm not sure if I can continue to do the body weight exercise as well. Do you think that would be too much? I hate to lose the core strength I've gotten with these. I'm just not sure how to combine this type of training with a weight rotation. Thanks for any advice! :D
