<-- good morning to all the girls (well its morning here in So Cal)
<-- is off to Mammoth to celebrate our anniversary (kidless of course!)
<-- well - our real anniversary is Feb 29 (pretty dumb huh?)
<-- it was the only day the church had open (wonder why?)
<-- DH will be in Washington DC on Feb 28 - March 2 so had to celebrate early
<-- knows I am going to eat like a pig for two days
<-- whats the difference whether I eat clean or eat bad I NEVER lose weight
<-- showing some frustration in that last sentence

<-- tried out the new-ish HRM and its interval capabilities

<-- hobbled in now, since after the trail run and the twisted ankle, <-- is icing the ankle

<-- had a really fun boot camp this morning; someone said today is traditionally the last day we see the newbies (since they're in pain and feel like they can't get through it and don't come back next week- this was the first week of a session); we started talking about how everyone felt their first week, how they feel now, if they had to buy new smaller clothes, if they make their SO feel their muscles, etc.
