Get serious rotation!

I need to get serious! I've got fat to lose and summer and a cruise in Nov to get ready for! I'm coming off an acl injury so need to take it relatively easy, possibly modify some stuff to low impact. I was thinking of starting wtih a month of circuits, then a month of cardio and full body weights, then a month of cardio and upper/lower split and finally a month of cardio and 3 day split of weights. Of course, using Cathe to accomplish this. What do you think?
 
Do an advanced search on the Video & DVD Rotations board using

"rotation"

Start checking them out and you will find loads of 'em ;)

Another great search would be = Fitness Freak

She makes up great rotations too.
