Get Ready To Go Behind The Scenes

Towards the end of this week we will start posting pictures from the Body Blast filming and will start to give you further details about Cathe's latest workouts. We're using two high end digital cameras to take photos and hope to end up with over 4000 pictures - many of which we plan to share with you on an almost daily basis ( we will probably have to miss some days as we will quite often either be in the studio all day or editing the new workouts).

If you need to contact customer service please do so by email. We will get back to you as soon as we can, but it will take longer than normal during this period.

Cathe looks forward to rejoining the forums and will do so just a soon as we finish the filming and editing and she has had a few days to rest up.

Now THAT is what I was patiently waiting for!!!!!....I knew they would update us as soon as they were just about done...this way we are actually closer to getting the new workouts and we are not as antzy as with the IS.
