I was looking for a rotation to use as a transition next month, in order to prepare ourselves to spring and outdoor activities (i.e. resuming running seriously), so I was looking for something that would build endurance and improve overall cardiovascular capacity. Any suggestion about that? Has anyone tried a previous rotation and noticed great improvement in other outdoor sports? Thank you in advance for any reply!
