Thanks, Anna. I'm going to print a copy, too, for the bathroom mirror. Sometimes I need to remind myself why all this is so important.

that was great! I wanted to comment the #1 comment is really true. When my husband and I don't work out like we should are sex drives are really low. On the other hand, exercise increases your self confidence, stamina, and of course, your libido. Thanks for reminding us women of that great tip!!
