Weeks 1-2 Get Lean & Works Those Abs

1. Imax 2 or 3 Core Max of choice
2. ME
3. Low Max & One Core max
4. MM
5. Imax of Choice & Core Max
6. C&W or CM
7. Off

Weeks 3-4 Get Lean & add definition One part per Day

1. KPC Or Cardio Kicks & GS Chest
2. Imax 2 or 3 GS Triceps
3. GS Back, One Core Max, One Stretch
4. Imax of choice & shoulders
5. Steady Cardio of choice, Biceps & One Core Max
6. GS Legs or Legs & Glutes

I love this rotation. It's similar to what I try to do with the IMAX's and GH levels. I'm going to watch this -- as you add core max into your IMAX's, which I don't -- other than that, my rotation is very similar to yours.

I have been reading about the benefits of Anaerobic excercise and how it increases the GH, I am doing more of Imax 3 because it is the toughest IMO but I love Imax 2 because is easier.

Lately I have been reading: Ready, Set, Go and Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, I like the first book best, I love his explanation of the effects of exercise and the GH. I will be 44 yrs. old in May. I have been doing interval training on and off but didn't know why it was good. Now that I understand, I am doing it more consistenly.

Yes, I have done it,

The first part is to lose fat, is a lot of cardio, aerobic, anaerobic and Core.

The second part is a lot cardio and advance weight training to add definition. Is is not designed to gain a lot of muscle, too much cardio, is to get lean.

This is for those people that want to lose fat and tone their bodies.

This helped me lose about 1 to 2 pounds per week with very clean eating.

I've also read the book READY, SET, GO! and it's really the reason I came to Cathe. She has many workouts that are anaerobic -- which was what I was seeking.
