General question on form for back exercises

Hi Cathe. First a note to say I have all your tapes and dvds and of course love them !!! The intensity series IMHO is Perfect!! Maybe more than perfect!! Cant write to you without at least one comment on how much you've made such a tremendous contribution to my life. I do have a question on doing back exercises. Since I am short-waisted and long legged I dont want to bulk up my lower or middle back. With this in mind which exercises would be best for upper back. When doing one armed lat rows which form is best for targeting upper back- flat back or angled back? The slightest weight work widens my waist which is a problem. Any help is appreciated.
