I just finished L&G. Good News...no nasty static lunges! Bad News....Explosive Lunges!x( But, I was able to do them all! I remember the first time I did this workout I couldn't do more than 2 rounds of explosive lunges.
DS20 comes home some time today for the Easter weekend! Yeah!

I had a rest day yesterday. Did food shopping and went to church. Today I managed to do Jari's Ripped to the Core so I got in a 2nd total body workout this week. This is really a great workout. Those step ups with overhead presses still get me good. I used 5# (each) for the warmup and 10# for most of the other exercises. I managed to use 8# for the stepups except for the last 8 reps when I couldn't take it any longer and had to go down to 5s. The ab work is short but good plank work and some crunches. This reminds me a little of power hour.
I'm off to church in a couple of hours for the Easter Vigil.

Gin - Glad you survived the explosive lunges! I remember when I couldn't get through them all when I first started but now I can do them all without a problem. We've come a long way. Hope you have a great visit with DS20.
Tomorrow the family is coming over for Easter. Probably our last big get together before we move. Have a Happy Easter!

Marcy--I also have JL's RTTC. I know it's a good workout, but still it just sits on the shelf. I think in 1 1/2 years that I have had it, I've done it maybe twice! Enjoy your family get together.
