Gave SM ball another try

Last night I decided to do SM ball. I had posted before that my first try at it I didn't care for that one, preferring the band & reg stretch. On round 2 I really liked it!! I felt it gave more focus on upper body than the rest which is what I needed after PUB yesterday.
 
I agree Catherine. If I want a good lower body I grab the band. That's the segment I do with my DS after his soccer practice also.
I have really been doing alot more stretching since I got that dvd (July RT) & what a difference I've noticed. Something to be said about stretching!!

Hey, are we the only 2 up & on the boards this early? I haven't seen to many more posts yet from others? I guess I'm an early bird...
