I need some advance pregancy workouts...has anyone tried the Grabrielle Reece pregnancy workouts? What did you guys use during your pregnancy? Thanks!!!

Basically, if you are pretty fit and don't get humongous in your pregnancy, it's a great set of workouts. I love how she has a new workout for each month and that sort of thing. The thing that was most annoying was that she had her trainer handing her things or helping her the whole time and I did not. So not only was I the size of a barge compared to her but I also was doing the workouts on my own and had to keep pausing the TV to get my equipment and that sort of thing. I

Anyway, it was probably just too advanced for me and would be more suitable for someone in better shape. I enjoy more advanced workouts when I'm not pregnant but I go to seed pretty quickly when knocked up.
 
If you are advanced, continue with Cathe (and similiar workouts) and just modify as needed.

The last thread I read, you were not sure if you were pregnant. I'm happy to see that you are, YAY!!!:D
