Future Workout Idea....

I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and in PT. During my evaluation I was found to be very tight in the posterior shoulder/delt area. Similarly my PT told me I had tight hamstrings when I had a knee issue many years ago.

I was thinking maybe a new pair of DVD's could be Posterior & Anterior.

Posterior is more what I am currently interested in. Exercises for the rear delts, hamstring work such as hip thrusters, Good Mornings for lower back etc.

Hi Stacy,

Your suggestion is really good. Have you tried 100 challenge targetting rear delt?

Hip thrust is predominantly a Glute exercise. hamstrings hardly get hit while doing them. Other exercises such Hamstring rolls in are more effective.

That is just my thought ;-)

Hi you two and thanks for your comments!! I'd really love a workout like this, and she could combine the two for a new total body workout of course ;)

I'd really love to see some new/different exercises or at least some that aren't used as often in her other dvds ie. the good mornings and the hip thrusters. I'd love more calve work as well. I certainly wouldnt mind using the stability ball but would love a workout with no discs as I cant use them on my carpet :( (I know I'm asking for alot here!! ;) ) The stretches before and after could also focus on the Posterior or Anterior whichever the case may be such as sun salutations or downward dogs to get the back of the legs.
