Further proof of just how awesome Cathe is!

My DH and I are living out of state for the next 2 months due to an internship. We are living in a distant relatives basement and there is no room for my step - so I had to say goodbye for the summer :( I was very sad and it took me a while to even adjust to the idea of not having it.

Well anyway, I joined a gym last week and the owner was pretty laid back and asked if I want an orientation or if I know my way around the gym. I told him I would probably be fine on my own. Well I worked out this week and did some cardio and weights every other day. (Following the routine that Cathe does in the Gym Style Series that I have).

Well today the owner came over and made a comment about how I obviously really do know what I'm doing in a gym and wanted to know where I "learned how to lift". He said most of the girls that come in and don't hire a trainer just walk around aimlessly to random machines. I proudly referred him to check out Cathe.com :)

I could have written this post almost!!! Lifting with Cathe's DVD's, especially S & H, I have learned so much more about lifting safely and effectively, and actually enjoy weight training!!
