Fun Little Combo

I am recovering from a slight flair up of plantar fasciitis, after running on slightly icy roads, and I had done Lomax, and KM's low-impact premix, and taken day off entirely (except for floorwork and upperbody) so I decided I needed about 30 minutes of not too intense step cardio. I've done the Step Blast premixes about a hundred times and I was just coming off of a CTX week long rotation and just didn't feel like doing anything I'd done before. So, I took the Warm up from Step Blast (4 min), the entire Rhythmic Step Challenge (9 min.), the section of CTX All-Step near the end where they insert some blasts, then finish the segment and then put all the segments together, (about 6ish minutes), the Step Blast Challenge (13 min.), and then the Step Blast Cool Down and Stretch, (5 min.) Approx. 37 min. total. (I did it this way b/c I have SB on DVD and it's easier to get to different segments, but you could sub Rhythmic Step WU if you wanted). The segments are all a nice intensity, but also build in intensity, so you don't jump right into really high impact and you are moving the whole time--no boredom possible.
I would recommend, however, that this is not for the choreo challenged b/c there is no breakdown of the moves, just the full routines. So you'll want to be very familiar with these videos, and of course Cathe's cueing is superb which helps immensely.
FUN!
