yesterday I did the Drill Max Cardio Blast timesaver (39 mins) then popped in HIIT 30/30 (minus the warmup). fun, challenging & doable. it got the job done
 
Sounds like a goody! Thanks for the idea! :D I would do it in reverse though...30/30 first followed by DM cardio. I like to be fresh for the HiiT or intervals and then follow it up with steady state. I followed up the first half of IMAX3 this morning with some steady state kickboxing and it was fabulous!
 
oooh, that's a great idea abt IMAX 3...that one is tough to get thru, so maybe in smaller bites. i tell ya, it's my feet that seem to give out first...weird, but the arches in my feet start to cramp. just in some of the blasts thankfully. plus, the step choreography is a little harder in IMAX 3 & sometimes I don't have the brain energy for it LOL!

i think i will start exploring more & more combining different premixes whenever the mood strikes.
 
ITA about IMAX3's choreo! I could never concentrate hard enough to get it right if I were already tired from another work out! :eek:

I love mishmoshing! I could do it for every work out! Can't wait to get more downloads so I can really start taking advantage of the WOB. I just wish IMAX2 was chaptered better. :(
 
hey, fit mommy...i did HIIT 40/20 followed by drill max cardio timesaver yesterday. really liked it so thanks for suggesting doing the HIIT first. i just did the 40/20, skipped the cool down & went straight to the drill max, warmup & all. it was perfect.
