I was inspired by Nancy C.'s idea of making a circuit workout out of the PS upper body tapes....so I made one up of my own using MIS and it was soooo much fun!!! It was a bit longer than I usually prefer to workout (90 min.), but I was having such a good time that the time just flew by! I did the MIS upper body sections, but did either a hi/lo segment or a kickbox segment in between each weight segment. I used parts of Circuit Max, Power Circuit, and 10/10/10 for the cardio portions. Topped it all off with the MIS abs & stretch. Great fun! I wouldn't want to do it too often for fear of "overdoing" CM, PC, and 10/10/10....and I'd NEVER want to run the risk of getting tired of doing those fun cardio segments. But it was a great change-up from the usual and I think I'll do it occasionally. Thanks for the idea, Nancy!
