Fun Bootcamp Mish Mosh

I did this Mish Mosh today and had such a fun time I had to share:

10 minute outside bike (to warm up)
150 walking lunges
100 jumping jacks
16, 16, 8, 8 push ups
10 min. Core only Bootcamp
25 tricep dips
150 walking lunges
100 jumping jacks
10 min. upper body only Bootcamp premix
200 walking lunges
8 min. Kickbox only Bootcamp premix
Bootcamp stretch

The total workout took me 70 minutes to do.
