full body workouts

sorry if you already read this post in the ask cathe forum. i was advised to move it here to get more responses. I wanted to know if any of you just do cathe's full body workouts only? I really like full body workouts as opposed to splits and I especially like ones that have cardio incorporated into them such as drill max or boot camp. just wanted to know what others like doing.
 
yes ii do full body workouts and seen verygood results but maybe in the future i might have to change they say your body becomes adapted to the same thing i might have to split my body parts in the future if i stop seeing results:D
 
I vary between doing full-body workouts (for maintenance) and splits (for gains). At times when I don't seem to be able to get in as many workout days (let's say 3-4 per week instead of my prefered 5-6), I often will use cardio/weight circuit workouts, or combine cardio and weights in some way (like doing cardio before my weight workout) so that I make sure to get in both often enough during the week.
