Does anyone remember if any of the premixes on supersets/push+pull qualify as full-body and still clock in at less than 30 minutes? If so, this is one of my favorite full-body weight training workouts (next being muscle max from Gym Styles). SS/PP has many short premixes but I dont remembr if they qualify as full body..
I suggest also, 30 Minutes to Fitness Weights from Kelly Coffey Meyer. It has two 30 minute workouts. Workout 1 is Legs, Chest, Back and Workout 2 is Shoulders, Bi, Tri. I usually do the entire one hour. It has three alternatives for "active rests" between sets - standing abs, floor abs or low impact cardio. It has many premixes that create shorter workouts. This is my non-Cathe favorite full body workout with multiple length options and premixes. The great thing is that the only equipment you need is a couple of pairs of dumbbells. It has a timesaver 30 minute full body workout. It also has a 41 minute full body workout premix.
Finally, 30 Minutes to Fitness Muscle Definition from Kelly is a nice option with two 30 minute full body workouts.
