Full Body weight workout question

For those of you who do full body weight workouts for your weight work for the week how many times do you do it.....for example if you are ONLY doing Muscle Max for a 4 week rotation would you do it two or three times a week...(M,W,F)? Thanks :)


I am looking to maybe do this for a couple or few weeks to give the splits that I am doing a break and try something new.
 
I am planning to start a rotation in June of full body endurance based weight workouts on M/W, a circuit w/o on F and cardio on T/Th/Sat. Haven't done one like this yet, but I think it will be fun for a change.
 
I thought it would be fun and something different as well...can I ask what circuit weight DVD are u going to use for your Friday workout? TIA :)
