Hi Cathe,
I have recently been diagnosed with a right frozen shoulder. My PT said that it i should try to move it and not be afraid of pain. I was wondering if there were certain modifications for upper body work that I could still do or if I should just stick to a lower body rotation and cardio. Any recommendation would be highly appreciated. It's so disappointing watching my arms grow fat lol.
