Funny, I just noticed the difference when I started a GSL rotation.
I've always done rear lunges with any lunge work, because front lunges hurt my knees much more.
But I decided to push through a few sets during the rotation, since both are done in the video. I feel front lunge MUCH more in my quads, where the rear lunges hit the hamstrings and glutes much more.
