Hi all- I wanted to create this thread for all who are beginning or restarting their Cathe fitness journey.
I am 5 weeks postpartum (with my second daughter) today and feel like its time to get back on the horse. I am starting the beginners rotation because I was not formally active while pregnant and have about 50lbs to lose and no conditioning to speak of right now! I love Cathe's workouts and am really committed to starting from the ground up and getting in shape the best way for me, and that's starting from the beginning.
Hope to hear from other newbies and restarters and if some vets want to jump in too, all the better!
