Whic of the above Hardcore series workouts can you do from start to finish as executed by Cathe and Crew..(same reps/weights/jumps/recovery time, etc...)

I can do them all also and as Lori I usually add on to HSC. I usually add on another 4 intervals from one of the imax's.

well i only have two out of this list and it won't let me vote twice LOL. but i picked low max over kickmax b/c low max i can make thru while kickmax i sometimes pause after the blasts to cool down a bit before going to the drills.

I can do LowMax from start to finish.

The only others I have that are listed are Kickmax and Imax 3. I haven't tried KickMax at all yet and I've only done 2 premixes of Imax 3 1 time each so far because that's what fit into my rotation up to this point... :)

Low Max is the only one I can even come close on!!! ;) I love that I will always have a goal to reach for with Cathe. Until then, I love my "pause" button!!! :p

I can do Low Max, Imax 3 and Kick Max straight through. I do Low Max on a 10 inch step. I think Kick Max is kind of easy and have been known to do the intensity drills twice in a row. Imax 3 is wonderful! I don't have High Step Challenge or Muscle Max.

Before I was saddled with Plantar Fasciitis I could do them all. Now my injury prevents me... Pooey!!!

I haven't done KM yet, but other than that I can do them all but Imax 3; one of the blasts kills my knees. I do add 2# handweights for the blast sections in LowMax, too.
