Hi Cathe! First, I want to say that my mom got Basic Step and Body Fusion for Christmas (her first Cathe DVD), and I did the workouts when I was visiting with her a few days ago. I am 27 weeks pregnant, and I found the workouts on this DVD to be low enough in intensity, but yet effective enough for me to work up a sweat. I may just have to order this.
On to my ?...my mom ordered Hard Core Extreme DVD for me as a Christmas gift. When I do receive it, can it be modified for me to do safely, or should I wait until after I have my baby? I don't know too much about the workout, other than the fact that it is compiled of segments from all the new DVDs. If there are some modification tips you can provide, I would really appreciate it. And, again, if you feel that this is way too intense to do now, I would love to hear your thoughts.
By the way, I have been doing KPC, Cardio Kicks, Step Blast and Step, Jump and Pump, but I have been choosing some premixes and taking out all of the intensity. This seems to be working o.k.
