Glad to have my PC working again! Mari, how is your DH? I agree after reading your post...very scary. I am doing PH Chest, Back and Shoulders, then a 3 mile run. Happy exercising...:)...Carole
 
Hi Carole! Today's a rest day for me. WHEW! I made it through another week. Sat. will be yoga & Sun. will be chest/shoulders/tris/abs. Mari how is your DH doing? Have a great weekend everyone! Kathy:D
 
Thank you guys for asking. He is doing very well. These skipping heart beats are apparently harmless though very scary. He still has to go for s stress test in a few days, and hopefully everything will be normal -- God willing.

So, today I did 40 min cardio 20 min was HIIT on the stairmaster. KPC abs afterwards. S&H chest plus PH chest to finish.
Lately I like to do abs right after cardio. It seems that I have more energy, and it is nice mentally, that it's already done.

HI all I did 74 min. of Chest,Shoulders, Triceps and Abs, off of Slow and Heavy, for chest and triceps and All Step for Shoulders and Abs and the cooldown off of S&H. :7 I tell you All Step's shoulder will fry you good.:+ :) I was down another pound this morning so that is GREAT!!! I still have about 6 to go to get to my goal, hopefully I am through with the up and down business of my weight and on my way down again!!:7 With working my abs all week my belly buttom measurement has come down as has my waistline.:7

I did Step Blast challenge and ME today. This is the 1st time I have done a straight Cathe full weight workout. Yikes. I was shaking towards the end like crazy. Hopefully as my lunch digests the shaking will go away.:eek:
 
Hey Annette, what are you doing? I thought it was just an upset stomach. They should sell those viruses...;-)
 
Actually I am low carbing and my upset stomach was from eating too many bad carbs for 2 days in a row. So my body revolted and cleaned my system out. UGH!! Wasn't fun let me tell you. :( I am trying to eat light today so I can keep off this weight. I would love to see my last 6 pounds gone. I can tolerate some carbs in my diet but 2 days in a row of biscuits and too many low carb "sweets" did me in. On Wednesday I got in a whopping 160 grams of protein and that is alot for me and thankfully it was a weight day, usually I end up with alot of protein on a non weight day,:( . My dh is doing Atkins but I needed more carbs than that WOE allowed. He is doing well and has lost 39 pounds so far, but still has a ways to go.:) Anyway while the way I lost it(in the bathroom all day) wasn't my intention I am glad that is stayed off and that I lost another one.
