Sorry about the title I haven't started this thread in a looooong time.LOL!!

I did PS warmup, then biceps and then did the CTX Kickbox cardio only.

Weight was back down to my lowest in a while this morning, it pays off when it is grocery shopping week and there was no food in the house,LOL!!:7

Hi Annette and everyone who post later. Yesterday I did TJ cardio party nº 2, TJ 20 minutes workout, TJ ab jam, P90X chest, shoulders and triceps and PHH abs. Today I have done TJ both cardio parties, TJ 20 minutes workout and Power Half Hour bun shaper. I will do stationay bike later. Have a great weekend everyone.

Where are all the regular posters? Yesterday's check in seemed a little slim on the participants. Are we all too busy or just forgetting to check in or heaven forbid NOT working out?!!? OH MY!!?:eek:

So Let's Post our workouts gals!!!:D

TReadmill Sprint 8 workout ( 3.0/5.0) intervals for 20 minutes plus Turbo Jam Ab Jam

Did JUMP part only of Step, Jump, Pump...Then did upper body Push/Pull afterwards...WHEW! I was pooped! Just got Body Blast on Monday and haven't done 'em all yet...Tomorrow is the BB Legs and Glutes...Watched on fast forward today, it looks different than her other leg workouts...Something other than all squats!

At some point this evening I hope to do the upper body portions of both MIS and Power Hour...

Thanks for starting Annette...I missed this morning..:(...I mean checking here!! I did CTX Power Circuits, StepBlast Blast only then Bodymax Power Circuits...fun...:)...then I did MM shoulders, bi's and tris as I missed those yesterday.

Good heavens, where is everyone today?

This afternoon I did Step, Jump & Pump. I haven't done that one in it's entirety for almost a year. Fun fun!!

Rest day for me today since I had too much scheduled for this afternoon. Legs and Glutes, Abs from KPC, and a stretch on tap for tomorrow.


I'm too full of Mexican food to move right now!!!}(
