Good Morning Everyone,

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I didn't have a chance to check in yesterday. Yesterday I did the Gauntlet.

Sandra, I just read your post from yesterday-after I pm you back. I forgot I have been easily out of breath too.

I haven't decided if I am going to workout today or not. My DH has a football tournament today and tomorrow and since I'll be standing out in 35 degree whether with snow on the ground and a chance of rain I figure my body will burn enough calories trying to keep me warm:) Although it probably won't burn enough to compensate for all I ate yesterday. I even had 1/2 a piece of Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie for breakfast this morning:9 . Looks like I better do the entire CTX today to make up for that one;)

Good morning Wendy....funny, that Tollhouse is the ONLY pie I like...:)..somehow I missed it yesterday!

I was able to run yesterday without much pain so I did feel much better. It is always nice for me to have a Friday off work..:)

I am doing PS Legs today and then some shoulder and tricep work of some sort. I will try another short run also.

Sandy, I think it is the High Impact cardio shoes from Freddy that I got. I ordered thru www.usbodyware.com . Their customer service was the best I have come across in years...enjoy the workouts...:)...Carole
 
Good morning to everyone!

I had an okay thanksgiving yesterday. The conversation was great but the turkey was undercooked again by my sister-in-law this year so the eating part was slim. Next year, we are all coming to my house for a fully cooked turkey dinner!

Since I didnt eat much at all (I woke up pretty hungry this am), I am going to take it easy and just do IMAX2 and some abs at work. I get so much done at work the day after thanksgiving.
 
Hi good morning Suzanne, Wendy and Carole. Carole is great that you could run yesterday. Suzanne IMAX 2 is awesome. Wendy, Chocolate Chip cookie pie for breakfast. Huum . Don`t worry CTX workout are the best calorie burned.Today for me is the 90 minutes premix SB/SJP.I have to try the 3 combo of RS too. have a great weekend.

Good morning,

This morning I did Timesaver #4 (KPC cardio drills) followed by Legs & Glutes. I have to say it again - fun, fun, fun! Body Blast is a hoot. I'll be feeling those glute sweeps tomorrow! That's the move that pushes me to the limit.

Wendy, I got your message and will reply in a bit. The Gauntlet! Phew! For a workout where you get to lay down half-way through, you sure work hard, don't you? Are you still following Cathe's November rotation?

Carole, how nice to hear you're up and running again. Enjoy your workout today!

Suzanne, it sounds like your SIL's method of cooking the turkey is the best way to avoid over-indulging! Why don't you buy her a turkey thermometer for Christmas? :)

hey all! glad to hear you all survived T-day. I didn't eat too much so i don't feel riddled with guilt. today i am doing allstep, some salsa floor cardio and upperbody.

Suzanne..Imax2 is taking it easy!? goood for you!

HI all, I did Interval Max 1 for today. Made it through Thanksgiving and didn't eat too much but I am working hard now to get my weight back down before my doctor's appt. in Dec. or Christmas whichever it happens to come down for.

Hope you all have a great day, my dh's birthday is today so maybe I will get more exercise tonight,;-) ;-) !!:+ :eek:
 
My workout for the day is done. Finally I have done cardio kicks with a few modifications in the jumps.I feel OK. I loove this workout.Have a great weekend.

Hi everyone!

I did PS Chest and Triceps with abs from Slow & Heavy. I am in the final week of the November rotation.

It was a light workout, but after the 90 min Sb/SJP pre-mix yesterday I didn't feel one ounce of guilt!

Hi all. I couldn't get my butt out of bed this morning so I just ended up doing CTX Upper Split. I wanted to do 30 min. of cardio too, but that didn't happen. I'll have to make up for it tomorrow I guess. I did Boot Camp yesterday to prepare myself for the Thanksgiving meal!!! Glad I did!

Well today was KPC in it's entirety today...whew!!}( plus PUB up premix....it felt so tough today for some reason, I could swear I heard little shrieks coming out of me:eek: x( !! plus half of PUB abs (I really like that version of "fever")..then Cathe was on fit tv with step blast and tried doing it because i love it so much and my legs pretty much told me "no way":-( so I'm pretty much done for today!

Carole, yeah that is where I ordered from too, and you are right their customer service is fantastic...I've ben dealing with someone named Lacy and she's been really good to work with through all of this! Glad you're better by the way:)

Suzanne, you're taking it easy with IMAX2???:eek: I tip my hat to you!!

Sandra, yes, BB is soooooooooo much fun:7 !

Mariangeles, glad you had so much fun with CK! How's your neck by the way today??

Sandy, that wasn't on the menu for today!! You're insane LOL! Good work, though! And I agree with you about Fever; if it wasn't for the dreaded pikes that would be my favourite core workout. What are your plans for tomorrow, since you've already done the upper body work I had planned for you?

Oh....if you had the TimeSaver dvd you could do a deliciously intense mix of SB and KPC. It was a suggestion from another poster a long time ago, and kicks butt.

Sandra....whoops!! Looks like I did jump the gun a bit there:+ !! And yes you are 100% right when you say I'm insane....my body is telling me the very same thing at the moment:eek: ! Oh can I just tell you that the soreness is coming over me like a tsunami}( .. I can't believe I tried to attempt a little bit of step blast but it's just that I see cathe and my body automatically starts to move..like it's got a mind of it's own..LOL!!!!!! Just so you know I am feeling very punchy at the moment!

Just had a mini thanksgiving feast again....I was RAVENOUS after that workout as you can imagine!! I really didn't overeat at all yesterday and except for some candied sweet potatoes and some pumpkin cranberry spoonbread, I really didnt have any sweets....hard to believe!!

Ok just pulled out the rotation and I think what I will do is do the SJP step/SB combos #1 and #2 as posted then since my upper body is pretty much FRIED, I will do L&G so hopefully that will even things out for me:+

Oh boy Sandra, you just had to mention that timesaver dvd with that intriguing mix didn't you???}( Another one to put on the list;) LOL!

Just have to ask...what do you have cooking for next week??? Incidentally I am looking at purchasing S&H very soon....triceps and biceps was on fit tv yesterday and I did a little "sampling" and I do like it alot despite the "ughh" music...hmmm could that be why I was feeling a little weak today??

Hey Everybody! Wow! That week sure flew and now Christmas is just around the corner, Yikes!!

Yesterday was Member Appreciation day at the gym and I taught 3 classes (2 BodyPump and a flowing yoga class) and, oh my goodness, my body hasn't felt like this in yearsx( :p :). Needless to say today was a rest day.

Wendy, you've got me doing Pavlov's dog here with the Tollhouse Chocolate Cookie Pie, sounds YUMMY!

Carole, glad you ran somewhat more comfortably yesterday. Just curious, how do you find PS Legs compares to LL? I haven't done PS Legs in ages:)

Uh-oh...oven timer's gone off, gotta feed the troops and drive a gaggle of Girls to a big dance!!!:)

Thanks Sandy I am better enough to come back to the cardio I used to do. I really love CK. Maybe I am the only here but I prefer CK than KPC.understand me KPC is awesome ( the music is fantastic) but is not easy to do all those movements as fast as Cathe. CK makes me feel powerfull and the last segment :9 :9 Delicious. When this segment starts I say to the TV (Cathe come on,come on, give me your energy as Cathe says in KPC) It seems sick to talk to the TV in a foreginer language dosen't it? I hope everybody will have a great weekend.
