<---says you can do it any time, as long as it's on "the day."
<---tells her that she is the judge of how fast to go, or what incline to use. Coach Sean tells you to work at a level 1, 2, 3 or 4 (easiest to flat out giving all you've got), and tells you when you're doinga sprint, rest, hills, etc.
<---had no trouble the first time <--- ever did a CC workout - it's easy! And very inspiring!
