I did 42 minutes of the Advanced Taebo #11 workout.

Conni isn't checking in today.

Today I did JNL Legs + JNL Triceps + JNL Fat Blast two segments. It was about 40 minutes. The concept is the same as what cathe is coming out with I think - cardio + weight intervals using Plyo.

Good workout friend. Have a good evg.
