Have fun at the chiro, Kate! Can I let you know about 6/20? I don't know if I'm in town that weekend. Jim took his schedule to go to his mom's to work with him because he has to do the summer weekend schedule today. He gets to say who works when, what power!
Morris, I'm not tempted by STS yet, I'm really concentrating on training for the half marathon. I know you run that mileage easily, but I'm intimidated by it. I did a total of 8 miles this week and I go up to 10 miles for the next two weeks. My "long" run next week is 4 miles. I honestly can't remember the last time I ran that far. I'm getting nervous about it all, but it'll be fine, right? As long as I'm consistent I know I can do it.
Robin, high five! Are you going to bask in your STS awesomeness for a while? I would. Or are you going back to your kettlebells?
Katie, cute shoes! I can only wear Asics. I try other brands and nothing else works for me. In fact, I bought my normal size in narrow last time and I've never had shoes that feel so good and fit so well. I know perfectly well that I have narrow feet, so why didn't I try narrow ones before? Who knows. I have very narrow feet and very high arches, so I need lots of cushioning. I'm glad you're enjoying your day today!
Colleen, busy weekend on tap, huh? I hope your allergies ease up for you.
Hi, Klaudia, Lisa, and Angie!
Oh, and Kate, did you say yesterday you don't like fried food? I'm jealous. You could deep fry a shoelace and I would eat it. With a side of restaurant ranch, natch, right, Klaudia?
