FRIDAY 2/27 workouts

Hah! My last day of S&H -- shoulders. I can't believe that I actually added a 3rd set of military press with 15lb.
Followed by an intense 30 min cardio, now I'm ready to face the day.

I did PS Srong legs and Abs this morning. Turned into a much longer workout, because of my heel I decided to not do all the step ups and I don't go quarter dead lifts so during that time I picked up my floor and vacuumed. And I take longer breaks also, so a 64 min. workout took almost an hour and a half:+ . Oh well, I have a clean family room and a workout to boot. I am down another half a pound so that was good, and to think I am losing doing nothing but weight training.:eek: Who knew, I do however miss the cardio and hopefully once I get orthotics I will be able to do cardio again.:)

Mari, you go girl with adding more military presses to the Slow and Heavy routine, watch out later if you go to lift your arms above your head!!:7 You just might feel it!! :eek:
 
I did Bootcamp for the first time in 4 weeks and, even after doing Body Max in its place during those weeks, it was unusually tough! It was a great workout, though. I can't wait to get Bootcamp 2!
 
I just love Bootcamp. But, I can't do it too often because of back issues.

Today I did PUB (skipped the ball work), Legs and Glutes ankle weights premix and last but not least CTX Kickboxing Abs. I think I'm ready to hit the slopes. I've worked out 2 weeks straight, so I think I'll take it easy tomorrow, snowshoe on Sunday, and ski Mon. and Tues.

Off to pack! Have a great weekend and I'll check in when I get back on Thursday.:)
 
I did bootcamp too - well half of it. I did PS Shoulders, PUB shoulders, and then the second half of BC. :)
 
Wow....3 sets Mari....cool...:)...I needed a shorter workout after yesterday's long one. I did The Viper off the Terminater DVD. Skipped the last C&W cardio so I could make it an hour only. Felt good. I'll be hitting S&H next week...:)...Carole
 
Bright blue sky, 40 degrees F, sunshine...and in Feb, who can stay indoors? I power walked for 2 hours and was so happy the entire time. I live for Winter sunshine on my face....and now my butt aches and I'm very happily fatigued........

never underestimate the power of a bloody hearty walk!

Did PUB today and it feels easier, yet I don't quite feel like I can go up on my weights yet. My weightloss has stalled and I am mystified and completely bummedx( It is inspiring to read about all the different things y'all do. I am supposed to go do about 30 min on the stationary bike, but Mr. Baby is really fussy, so I don't know if I am going to get to do it or not.
