Good morning.Yesterday I did the hardcore kickbox circuit with janis saffell and guillermo gómez and liked it.It is fun no as intense as cathe but it has been a good workout.Today I come back with cathe.I am going to do cardio kicks and MIC hi/low. Have fun and have a great weekend.

Good morning! I joined you with the MIC, Mariangeles. I'm not sure if my body is just unaware that it is working out 2 hours earlier in the morning, but for some reason my workouts aren't feeling so hard these days. Even the sashays in the step portion didn't bother me all that much - usually I can't stand them. I now feel terrific, refreshed, and ready for the day.

Hi Mariángeles :)

I just LOVE CK...have only done the hi-low portion of MIC once so far...enough to know it's pretty intense! Sounds like a good combo!

This morning I did PLB floor work, PS Legs & Abs floorwork, and then topped it off with the step portion of SJP! Loved it! :)

I am doing Supersets (been awhile) and a 5 mile easy run.

Ruth...we are having very sunny weather...but rain due sunday. Nice to have you back. Have you tried copying and pasting stayfits name? That is the only way I can do it...:)

Sandra...good for you getting up at 5!! I think my body has an internal clock that gets me up then about everyday.

I did ME this morning and that is it for today. Tomorrow I will be runnig 8 miles and 14 on Sunday.

Carole, I did not get to do my 8 miles yesterday, so my legs should be very rested for tomorrow.

Hi everyone,

Wish I had time to respond to everyone, but things are getting a little crazy here. As soon as I woke up I did RS with the Challenge twice & it's a good thing I did or I never would have gotten to it.
Fun!

I just KNOW you guys are going to get a major announcement from Cathe while I'm away from the computer! Course, wouldn't want you to wait anyway. I'm thinking maybe I can find the public library & pop in once or twice!

Evening All,

Did Yogazone today, and I can't do the cow's position anymore (since I injured my knees)!! Guess the knees need some more healing.

Well gotta run, I'm preparing my house to be invaded by adolescents tomorrow: my son no. 1 is celebrating his birthday with his friends.

And oh, almost forgot, got the week off, time to relax and do some fun things, once all the adolescents have gone tomorrow evening and I've made my house liveable again :)

Hi everybody,

I did KPC today but instead of doing the abs on that one I did abs off of MIS instead.:) I just don't feel abs on the stability ball and my stability ball needs more air at the moment.:(

I need to go and give some boys some spelling tests, so I will check back later.

Today 30 min on the stairmaster -- climbing hills, then abs from SJP, ME and BC.

Yesterday I did Cardio Kicks and flexibilty stuff. Today I did IMAX1
( 1-5) and IMAX2( 5-10). I am also going to do my pilates for about 45 minutes. I also walked my puppy( or did she walk me??;) ) for 30 minutes. Man for a youngun she sure is a powerful one!

Hi Stayfit, I had to post what I did today because I thought this was a tough weight but here it goes: I am doing 1 body part a week and today I work on tricep and bicep. For bicep I did 2 section from S&H doing hammer curl and tradional bicep curl using dumbells then did the bicep from the Pyramids using the up and down and for tricep I did 2 sections from the S&H then went right into The Pyramids. I think I am going to try this for a few weeks but changing the S&H section each week because it has 4 different exercise for each body part. Well have a great weekend everyone:)

Heck-its almost tomorrow by now but I haven't had time to post today.

This morning I did Muscle Endurance and my rear end is feeling a bit sore.

I can't wait to try Terminator tomorrow morning - I am thinking Imax extreme }(

Well, I am wearing the new black dress- there will be an opportunity for formal pictures at the wedding and since my husband and I haven't had any for a long time we are going to seize the chance. He's wearing a black suit so my black dress will look better in the pictures.:) I was so happy-I tried it on at work to show my coworkers and one girl said I looked skinny- I have never been skinny in my life-what a compliment -I was so happy:) :) :)
