FRIDAY 10/29 WORKOUT

GOOD MORNING,

Did you all see the pictures (Duh, of course you all looked at them more than once like me,right)? This is so exciting:+ I can't wait to see more.

Anyway, last night I did IMAX 2 so I wanted a light morning so I pulled out an old goodie - Karen Voight's Burn and Firm. I hadn't done that one at all since I found Cathe but it wasn't too bad.

So far, I am doing really well with increasing my water intake and I do feel a lot better. I just didn't realize how little I was drinking. Now I am going to the restroom about 5x more than I ever did before-I'm sure you all wanted to know that;).

Anyway, have a great day (it has to be since it's Friday and we've already seen pictures of Hardcore),

Yes...saw the pictures and they all look great!!! I am doing P90X Legs & Back and 30 minutes on my Nordic track.

Wendy...yes, more water can have that effect..:)...I found that a few days after I increased my intake my body got used to the extra water and I wasn't rushing to the restroom quite as much!!

Yes,I have seen the pictures and HOOOW¡ cathe and the others look so good.I can not wait to see more pictures.The hair of cathe is very beautiful.All is awesome.:) :) :) .Today is Pyramids upper and lower body.Cathe your are an incredible woman.I am so happy for preordering all the hardcore dvd. :) :)

Cathe and crew look terrific, don't they? I really like their pants - but does anyone actually work out in pants? Aren't they kind of hot? (and I don't mean in a sexy way - which they are).

Wendy - what is the difference in your water intake? How little were you drinking before? How much are you drinking now? When I awake in the morning, I immediately use the washroom, then promptly go to the kitchen and reload. I drink a 16oz glass of water, often in one inhale, it seems. I immediately feel my brain plump up and it can wake me up as good as a cup of coffee. Water good!

Mariángeles - give us the details of your Cathe marathon yesterday! What did you do? And how are you then able to do both of the pyramids today?? Are you bionic? Heck, all Cathe did yesterday was a weight workout. How hard could that be? LOL!

This morning I did KPC. I always dread doing this workout because I don't like all the side kicks, particularly when you squat then jump into them. Yet, by the time I'm part way through, I'm loving it. By the time I'm finished, I'm wanting to put it into my rotation 3 times a week. Crazy!!

Have a good day! I'm looking foward to more pictures. I wonder what they will be filming next? How much do you want to be that those hammer-lunges at the end of the KPC High Intensity Drills will be in the lo-max workout? Only they will never end......

Yesterday I did IMAX 2 , bootcamp with light weight and the compilation of abs of the ctx series.It is not too much but I wanted to workout today.Today I have to do a serious weight training for the total body.I have seen the cathe pictures and I want to fry my muscles.These pictures are so motivaiting.I can not wait for more. :) :) :)
 
Hi Sandra,

I am ashamed of how little water I used to drink-I was lucky if I got in 4 glasses-even on workout days. And, it's not that I drink pop, coffee or anything else instead-I just didn't drink anything. Pathetic huh? So, it was time to change my ways- and I'm off to a great start and like I said-I feel much better already.

I also agree with you on KPC - it is not my favorite but it is definitely growing on me and I like it more when I can put on my "game face" and feel like I am really kicking some A@#x( :)

HI all, I did PUB biceps only, then did CTX Kickbox,with planks and abs but minus biceps. I will have to go and look at the pictures.

I am trying my smoothie again this morning to see just how much soy and milk products I can tolerate.

Hello All! The pictures have me very excited for the workouts! I want Cedie's shoulders:)

Today I did an hour of early morning yoga and pilates went to work for a few hours then came home and did PowerMax late in the morning. I hadn't done this workout in it's entirety for a while and had a very good workout.

Glad to hear your feeling better Wendy. It's amazing how much fluids your body spins off as you workout and through the day. It's so important to replace that and then some every day.

I can't believe Hallowe'en is this weekend! I need strength to keep my bad hand out of the treat bags. I don't want to workout out solely for damage controlx( :p :)

i did bootcamp this morning.. i was supposed to do body fusion again (did it yesterday) cuz i have a big bike ride tomorrow and i planned to do not so intense workouts thur and today.... but decided bootcamp wasn't to difficult for a day before a metric century ride!

i wear pants in the winter cuz i workout in my garage! i wore capri's this morning and a long sleeved t-shirt (wicking kind).. it was a bit too warm for the long sleeves... but it's too cold for just a sports bra.. (and only gonna get worse.. my garage isn't heated and don't let anyone tell you it doesn't get cold in the desert! especially at 4:30 in the morning!)

I did PowerMax today. I hadn't done this video since.... well I can't remember when! It was so fun and I just love the music! Yesterday I racked my lawn for about 2 hours so I am a bit sore in places. I hope to do some Pilates/stretching exercises later! Susan

Yes, I'm still alive & kicking...literally! Today was cardio & I did CK. Here's the weird part...I'm not the least bit sore today. In fact, yesterday an old injury site was tender...just enough to annoy me...but today it feels much better. Now mind you, I could never do a Cathe marathon every day. Or even every week...maybe once a month? Maybe? I had fun so I may try it next month and see how I feel.

Wendy, I go to the restroom at my job so often I've seen my boss looking at me with a kind of puzzled...why is she in the bathroom so much? Is she taking drugs? Nah!...It's a woman thing & I DON'T WANT TO KNOW...look. Yes, after all these years I can usually tell exactly what he's thinking. Like a husband, without the good parts! LOL

Saturday I have to work then go to half price day at Goodwill...a workout in itself, I assure you...then S&H Tris & Bis and maybe Step Blast.

Working on my eating...it's killing me!;-)
