32 ski digs right into 32 lateral skates, rest 15 seconds and do 16 controlled tuck jumps! Rest one minute and repeat from the top!

I'm with you on the ski digs and lateral skates, but as for the tuck jumps - you're on your own, sister!! My knees will not take that. I'll just "rinse and repeat" thanks!
