Wendy, how are things in Cali?

I did manage to get up and do 30/30 this morning. Okay, okay, I skipped 3 of the intervals, but considering I didn't really work out at all last week, that's something, right? Better than nothing, that's for sure. I have to do total upper body tomorrow and I'm waffling between Muscle Max and Muscle Endurance. What do you guys think? I haven't done ME in a coon's age, so maybe I should do that. Or I could try CTX upper body. If I can find it. I haven't quite unpacked all of my work out DVDs yet. I know, I know, but I'm going to get it done in the next two weeks. I promise.

Okay, gotta get some work done!

Lisa, I understand, I have been having the same issue, my butt is higher and tighter looking but then the jeans feel worse! Good job on working on cutting out the processed sugar!

Kate, I am going to have to look into the pure barre w/o! After I post I am going to take a look at them. Good outlook on Julia waking up :)

Jasmin had a great time at the party yesterday, but it was about 25 min from us so that took up some extra time. Then I had to write a paper that was only ¼ started! Lots of drama going on at the dance studio, a teacher is leaving and likely starting her own studio so that is causing a division among people. Trying to stay out of it as much as possible, but then I do need to know what’s going! No w/o yesterday so I need a good one today.

colleen, keep on stretching. i feel so much better since starting yoga. i missed sat and only had time for 10 min on sunday, but i did a great 40 min yoga today and it is wonderrful.

i did regroup and feel much better. also, no self sabatoge! i did buy a luna bar, but it was better than stopping at the bakery, which is what i wanted to do:eek: all told, i ran 14 today, did my abs and little bit of legs and yoga. my dad is coming over tonight and it is hard for me to change gears after seeing my mom. i still have a lot of resentment to him. but, the point in him coming over is to see the boys, so i will focus on that and choose joy. i did tell him not to bring dessert as he has a tendency to bring junk for the kids. and can i just say i love that i am sleeping? i may try the staright melatonin after i finish the synthetic one. i feel soooooo much better.

hi chickies -- so so busy today. cleaning, some shopping, and i just signed up here -www.trufitness.com - because they will let me leave anytime with less than a weeks notice. i also signed up for their biggest loser challenge that is starting this weekend!! funny thing is im not a fan of the show but maybe the contest will help kick my butt. weigh in this weekend and i will meet my team mates. hope you are all doing well! headed out for more errands and will try to be back to read up on today when i put jj to bed. the time difference does have me a little screwed up right now, didnt at first but now it hits me, so weird.
