I did manage to get up and do 30/30 this morning. Okay, okay, I skipped 3 of the intervals, but considering I didn't really work out at all last week, that's something, right? Better than nothing, that's for sure. I have to do total upper body tomorrow and I'm waffling between Muscle Max and Muscle Endurance. What do you guys think? I haven't done ME in a coon's age, so maybe I should do that. Or I could try CTX upper body. If I can find it. I haven't quite unpacked all of my work out DVDs yet. I know, I know, but I'm going to get it done in the next two weeks. I promise.
Okay, gotta get some work done!
