Freestyle rotation with endurance??

Sorry I had posted this on the video and rotations forum but didnt get any replies...just thought I might get some answers here...Thanks!!

I was just looking at Fitness Freak's endurance rotation and tried to modify that to use Freestyle loosely(basically trying to work legs everyday!)...I was wondering if I could get some feedback on this:

M - Interval training with Legs - Cathe's Bootcamp Cardio and Lower Body premix twice/ Imax 2 blast only premix with walking lunges in between + Pilates for legs/Squeeze/callanetics

T- Muscle Endurance + 20 minute bike ride

W- 4 mile run + Pilates for legs/Squeeze/callanetics

T - Circuit Max doing only legs in the resistance part /Drill Max Leg Blast + ME upper body premix

F- yoga/day off

S - AM - Legs and Glutes PM - 4 mile run

S - KPC/CardioKicks/KickMax

I would really appreciate some feedback as this is my first rotation and I am total newbie at this!!

Thanks so much.
Best Regards,
Roshni

Hi Roshni..I am not familiar with any of Fitness Freaks rotations but I am very familiar with Freestyle for the legs.

You rotation looks tough but doable. On Monday you might be overworking the legs IMO...And on Sunday you are doing all 3 kickboxing workouts back to back? That might be too much for the lower body after working your legs all week. Maybe just one kickbox workout Sunday would be good. Just my thoughts...:)

Thanks so much Carole....
I was going to do only one of the 3 kickboxing workouts...or more likely parts of them..There is no way I could do all 3 of them....;-)

Thanks so much for your inputs...I will start of on this rotation and incorporate your suggestions...I will cut down the extra Pilates/Squeeze workout on Monday and include on my rest day..Also I feel dead by Thursday so I am thinking of switching Thursday to a rest day instead and working out on Friday instead!!

Thanks again,Carole...have you had good results with Freestyle??...I have just heard so much about it and being an extreme pear...I have been so tempted to try it!!!

Ok..I feel better now knowing you were not going to try all of those Kickboxing workouts!! Did you get the Freestyle Book? I have had good results with Freestyle and know others here that have also. I think if you feel dead by Thursday than yes, take it as a rest day. Freestyle is 4-6 days a week. I hope you get good results and if you have any questions I am happy to help...:)

Carole:

There's a freestyle book? Could you cite the title and author for me, please? I'd like to take a look at it, see if it's something I might like.

Thanks!

Clare ;-)

I dont have the Freestyle book...its just what I have read about in the forums...thought I would give it a shot...thanks so much for your help...have you been doing freestyle all this while or do u mix it up ??

Gee...what about women like me Mr Snyder? What about the she-apples? Should we lift like the men? I barely have a bum. All the excess weight goes around my middle and is so tough to get rid off. :)

On the bright side, one purchase I dont have to fight the temptation to buy. :D

I mix it up a bit. I do Freestyle for about 6-10 weeks and then go back to working my legs 3 times a week a bit heavier for 3 weeks followed by a week of circuits...:)
