Freestyle/Lower Body check

Candi, yes, I do in the morning about an hr and a half, thats a minimum usually. And yes Candi, I would highly recommend you getting the book, theres alot in it, and really too much for me to try to explain on these posts......... Rhonda:7
 
Hi Ladies,

Think I'm going to have to order the book too. This morning I did MIS leg section only and then abs from leaner legs. I did lower my normal weight for this workout. My weight selection this morning -
squats-50lb barbell usually 70-75lbs
lunges-40lb barbell usually 70-75lbs
deadlifts-40lb barbell usually 50-60lbs
plie squats-50lb barbell usually 70-75lbs
rear lunges-15lb dumbbells usually 20lbs
elevated rear lunges-10lb dumbbells usually 15lbs

This week is going to be really challenging since my kids have baseball or rehearsals everynight.

I'm off to the rec ctr for 1 hr cardio - probably elliptical trainer and either stepper or bike.

If possible-I am going to try to do MIS upper and get that in today.

Hello Ladies....Today I am going to do PLB, and C&W's cardio, plus some ab work. My legs are aching today. Hopefully today or tomorrow my book will arrive.

My inner thighs were a little sore yesterday after those side to side lunges........ the book also has a 7 day nutrition plan...... will check in later with my workout....... Rhonda:7
 
Hi Everybody,

Well, I found a handy little way to lose those last 5 pounds - the stomach flu. I have been knocked off my feet since Sunday with that nasty little bug. I'm down 5 pounds though. Wish I could think of a way to keep it off. ;)

Needless to say, I haven't worked out since Saturday. Tomorrow I think I will start with L&G and then walk/run at lunch depends on whether my stomach has settled (still can't eat much but water, tea and toast).

Anyway, you all sound like you are doing GREAT!

I am inspired.

Sorry to hear you've been sick. Hope you recover quickly.

I'm afraid getting sick is the only way I'm going to be down my weight, too. But, please don't send it this way:)

Make sure you're feeling up to exercising again before you start. This rotation is pretty grueling. I would hate to hear you're down again. Okay, now I'm starting to sound like your Mom, right.x(

Hang in there and let us know how you're doing.
 
My workout was ABs first, Freestyle workout about 45 minutes, and 30 minutes on my exercise bike.......... have a great day, Rhonda :7
 
Thanks Candi, I'll be careful. Although the weight loss is great, I NEVER want to repeat the last few days again (ugh) x( .

L&G is usually pretty easy for me, so I'll probably start with that.

So sorry to hear you're under the weather shopgirl. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Since I've done leg wts everyday since last Thursday-I took a break today and only did cardio-Rhythmic Step. (I finally figured it out).

Candi and Lori-I too am having trouble getting my upper body wts in with this rotation. This type of training is just a mind shift for us and we are all smart enough to figure a way to fit it all in. I can definitely feel a difference in my legs though.

Rhonda-thanks for posting your rotation-it is very helpful.

Well I'm off to a PTO meeting so I'll check in tomorrow sometime.
