Good Morning Ladies......I am going to do PP today, 2 sets. I am not going to do cardio!!!! I will probably work in some abs too. I did the abs yesterday from SS. Boy, those bicycles are a killer!!!! That LB Blast on there is a killer too. It is short, 30 minutes, but very effective.
My legs are not as sore this week, nor is my lower back. I have lowered the weights like Rhonda said, and it is helping.
Diana- Thanks for the good words about WW's. I have always loved this program, but my weightloss is slow too. I have been on it for 8 weeks, and I have only lost 4 lbs. I do feel this is something I can stick with and follow for life. I have never liked it as well since they introduced Flex Points. I LOVE this new program. It makes it not scary to go and eat out!!!!
I received my Power 90X yesterday, but still no book. I hope it comes today. I am not going to start my Power 90X until I get back from Chicago. I am still going to use the FreeStyle, just with these dvd's.
