I have a copy of Rock Bottoms by Cathe that I never use. This is an older video and not nearly as tough as Cathe's newer videos. It's kinda considered a collector's item. (Although it's a good workout). It's free to the first person that posts here saying they want it. I'll pay the $1.33 media mail shipping too just to find it a good, happy home.
