Hello,

I guess I’ll start today’s thread ;o) I’m having a crazy day today, seem like everything I touch, goes WRONG. I had to redo this report redo that.......can’t wait to get home today, its’ probably from the weekend. I had a longggggg and wonderful weekend.

My Son BD turned out really well. I made a huge Lasagna that thang was so big that me and sis couldn’t get it out of the oven <g> my guy had to handle that baby. But everything turned out good, my son was pleased. Me and sis was pooped by the end of the night. Then on Sunday my other sister had a graduation party for her daughter, my goodness there was tons and tons of foods. She really out did herself.

Can’t wait to get home and take me a hot bubble bath and relax, hop in the bed and watch the 2 movies I rented today. Other than that all is well.

I got up this morning and hit the treadmill (45 min jog) I wanted to do an hour but ran out of time. I’m planning on BB chest & Back tonight, I shall see. How was your weekend?

Lasagna sounds yummy. Glad your son enjoyed his b-day..

I had a great weekend. The weather was high 80s and low 90s. I got in some good runs and weight workouts. I tried the Advanced high step training DVD and really liked it. I did it after a run.

I seen some numbers on the scale this past week that I have not seen in a long time (good numbers). I think doing legs 4 times a week is really paying off.. I can't seem to get in over 4 leg workouts without neglecting cardio or upper body....

Hi Beverly, how have you been? I been thinking and praying for you and your family. Keep your head up ;o)

I’m glad you like the Advance Step tape I’m going to order it too. Results, results good for you ;o) You work really hard girlie, keep up the good work. Today, I’m wearing a pair of pants that been hanging in my closets for awhile. I am so proud of me. Still have a ways to go tho.

I need to get some upper body work in, I’ve been lacking in that department, big time. When I got home last night, I did just what I said…..hopped in the bed and watched two movies, I was so tired from the weekend. I think I’m going to do MIS upper twice this week. I gotta do it.

This morning I was up early so I went to the track and run/walk 18 laps. Tonight, Plyometrics and Ab Ripper x. I’m trying to re-train myself again for morning workouts. And the only way I’m going to do it is get me buns up and do something, right?

Tomorrow morning is going to be a big challenge for me, I’m planning to do Legs & Glutes. Well ladies back to work.

Good Morning everyone....Today is my recovery week from P90X. I am going to do 3 Slim Series, and 3 cardio's. Today is Tae Bo Ultimate Butt, and the ball work from PLB. My clothes all feel alot looser on me. Monday I will weigh and measure.

Beverly- You have been in my thoughts and prayers also.

Hello everyone,

Well, I have some bad news to report. It appears those walking lunges I was raving about have added a half inch to my thighs. I'm blaming it on the lunges because it happened about two weeks after I added them. Otherwise I'm doing great.

I'm thinking about restructuring some things again because I'm really lacking cardio and upper body. I may add in a day of Pilates. I'll let you guys know what I decide.

Very excited for all the postive comments I'm hearing from everyone.
 
Hi girls -

I had a relaxing weekend too. Yesterday I did PUB and a long, fast walk. This morning was abs, and IMAX2 (Intervals 1-5). At lunchtime, I am going to go for another long, fast walk. My knee is a little sore, so I won't run until later in the week.

Yesterday, I received the new Cathe Advanced high step and the Power Hour/MIS/Body Blast dvd. Tomorrow will probably be MIS since I have heard so much about it. I am feeling fitter. Bought a pair of size 4 shorts yesterday and they were a little loose.

Hope all is well with all of you. Beverly, we're all pulling for you.

Hi Candi,

Girlfriend, that not BAD news at all, well least not to me, that’s good news. You gained ½ inch of muscles, that’s a beautiful and a sexy thing. However, if you don’t want to build muscles, cut back! just work on leaning your legs out.

How many times a week do you do walking lunges and how many? I’d continue to work em hard only once a week and maybe cut back on your reps. Just me .02 cents

That's what I'm thinking. I'm going to cut back from 200 three times a week to 100 two times a week.
