Morning ladies,

How’s everyone doing. I’m fine. Well, ladies this past weekend was a oopsie! Like I said before no shame in my game…did I eat Yep did I gain a few lbs Yep. I’m very glad its over and I’m back on track today. And now I have to deal with 3 birthdays and 1 wedding this month. It all starts this Saturday with my son Antwand BD. I’m making him a huge Lasagna, garlic bread and buying him a BD cake. It’s definitely going to be a tough week EEK! But, I love a 4 layer Lasagna, yummy. Going to do me best……….

But, the good news, I was playing around in my closets trying on clothes I haven’t wore in a long time. I have this pair of black dress pants, size 6 that I've been dieing to wear. Guess what, they slipped right on and no problem zipping them. I was on an high, really. That made me very very happy. Thanks to you guys and all the lower body work that I’ve been doing.

Monday NO workout for me. The only thing that worked was my mouth from stuffing foods in it, ALL WEEKEND long.

Tonight, Imax 1 (1-6) and some leg work probably Legs & Glutes. Can’t wait!

AWESOME BABY! Good for you Teddygirl. That is the best feeling when you've been working so hard and it pays off. Congratulations.

Like you this was an easy weekend for me. With the exception of walking my dog on Sat and Sun, I didn't exercise at all. This morning was IMAX2, the first time in a long time that I did it straight through (felt great), and a Firm 5 day ab segment. I will do some walking lunges tonight to get in the leg work. I am also up 2 pounds, even though I ate really cleanly last week and upped my cardio. I did eat lots of chips and dip yesterday :eek: and am taking steriods for some very persistent poison ivy, so I am hoping that is the cause. I am trying to lose at least 1 of the pounds by the end of this week.

This weekend I turn (gulp) 39. I was hoping to have lost the last 5 by now, but will keep plugging away.

Keep up the good work everybody. You really inspire me.

DH and I worked so much around the house I took Sunday off from exercise;-) Very unusual for me but just couldn't manage it.

Did another set of 200 walking lunges yesterday and let me tell you I am hurting today.

I haven't lost weight but I look better so I am satisfied, for now.

Thank you ladies, I cannot have done it without you guys, really. Beside the 2 or 3 lbs that I gained over the weekend. I’m almost at my goal weigh. I’m thinking 5 to 8 more lbs to lose, I shall see, maybe.....5 more. I don’t want to be to too thin.

I’m going to work very hard this week, to get the few lbs I gained off. I should be okay by the end of this week. Lots of water, vitamins and of course exercise. And, I'm going to carry over points. Just meaning, I can’t use all 20 pts on WW plan.

Shopgirl, Steroids does and will put the weight on so don’t sweat it. You work very hard, sometimes I think it’s good to take a few days off from your daily routines/workout. My sister was on Steroids and she blew up, big time. After she stopped taking them the weight came off with diet.

Aw…if only I could see 39 again <g> Next nine this gal will see, is 49. I’m 47. Just relax, enjoy life cuz man does the years fly, I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that. Besides, 39 is a great age girlie.

I now have a greater appreciation for HEALTH, life and longevity, I truely thank God. And besides that, I don’t have gray hairs and no winkles YET! There on the way <g>

I still make my 35 year old boyfriend mad from the looks I get from guys every now and then. And, we have been together 4 years. And oh my god he’s FINE the girls are always flirting with him I get so arghhhhhhhh

TedyGirl- How are you liking your P90X workouts?????

I am starting my third week of these workouts. Today i did Plyometrics and L&G's, all the standing work, I did up to the jumping lunges, or whatever she calls them, and then quit. i will do the rest of the workout another day this week. I have been doing leg work everyday, sometimes TaeBo, Ultiomate Lower Body is good, the ball work, something. In two more weeks I ma going to weigh and measure. Then I will be thru my first month of P90X. On Sunday I did the leg work from the Advanced High Step Circuit, TWICE, and it was a killer. WOW.

Lori, my first week with P90x didn’t go as planned. And, I wasn’t able to follow my rotation. So, I restarted week one Sunday. However, the few workouts that I did I absolutely loved them. I had to run my sister around town, and thank goodness we finished up this past weekend.

Three weeks, good for you. Are you seeing any results yet?

Last night I really enjoyed Imax 1 (1-5) then I did Legs & Glutes with no weights. I did use weights for Dead lifts and my ankle weights. I was pooped when I finished.

Tonight, Ab Ripper x & Plyometrics and more leg work.

TeddyGirl- I don't really know if I am seeing results, I feel harder. I have completed 2 weeks, and am just starting my third. After my recovery week, I will weigh and measure. I have been following the P90X check-in at VF, and they gave some really good substitutions for the recovery week. I will do 3 SS, or Cathe's Body Fusion one of those days, and 3 P90X cardios. My stomach looks better, and the love handles don't seem quite so big. I am not really following a diet, just trying to eat as clean as I can, and when I can't, eat good portions.

Today I am going to do L&G's, all of the ankle weight work, and maybe some walking lunges. I am also going to do Arms and Shoulders, and Ab X. That AB X is a killer!!!!!!!!!

Hi everybody,

Slept in this morning so I did a 20 min HIIT on the elliptical at lunchtime. Maybe I am not using it properly, but I never feel like I get as good a workout on that thing. I burn about 80 calories less and go half a mile less than on the treadmill. For those of you who have used an elliptical, do you think it works your legs as good as running?

Anyway - tomorrow will abs and either Tae Bo, or KPC or PUB. The weather here is gorgeous, can't wait until work is over today.

Hi everyone,

Today was CTX upper body split and L&G standing. Tomorrow will be active recovery 20-30 minutes ab work from CTX abs.
 
Lori, if you continue what you are doing, results will definitely come. P90x is awesome!!!! I’m going to take a few picture of me this weekend and then after 4 weeks I’ll take more. I love the P90x program. I can’t wait to do Plyometrics tonight ;o)

Hi Candi, Keep up the good work girlfriend. If my money is right this weekend, I’m going to order Lower Body Solution, gotta count my pennies.

Shopgirl, I never used it before, but I’m very sure that you are doing something <g> keep with it. Well ladies, enjoy your evening ;o)
