Free style ab workouts w/weights - need suggestions

I really want to step up on my ab workouts. I have Ab Hits and love it, but I would like to do a whole workout sequence of ab exercises w/weights:

what i do know -

crunches with dumbell on chest
crossovers where you work obliques w/a dumbell in hand and pull past the knee
then the one in PUB
the one in KPC -woodchucks? I don't remember what she called it

I need some thoughts on those who do these type of exercises. DH and I are ttc #2 and I really want to train my abs hard until we do get pg so I can be really ready for a second pregnancy. My abs are in good condition, no belly over hang, but as many who have had babies my lower abs are a little weak and am still working on them...

any help would be great!
 
Hi, I can only tell you what I did....
For a long time, I worked my ABS everday, my lower, upper and obliques ... I wanted to slim my waist down, well I did that, now I am doing my ABS every other day, and I do use weights, but I was using weights before, like for the reverse crunch, I put my 10lb med call inbetween my knees .... and I use weights where ever else I can doing abs.....
