Free shipping when you order HardCore series?

This may be dumb and it has probably been asked before:

I preordered the Hardcore series and also purchased another DVD since I was going to get it sometime in the future and for the FREE shipping.

When I got to the invoice, the computer automatically charged me the $6 for the UPS ground shipping.

I did go ahead and delete the shipping by putting a "0" in the "1" spot. I hope that was correct.

Does anyone know?
 
Yes, I know that, I ordered a different DVD. It should have free shipping but it still came up with a $6.00 charge or was that charge for the Hardcore series when it is shipped? I am kind of confused now.......:-(
 
Jackie, you will be charged a $6.00 S/H for the whole order, (Hardcore & the different DVD) but they will ship your additional DVD right now. Normally, you would be charged an additional $6.00 to be shipped the diferent DVD but because you ordered it WHEN you ordered the "HC" Series, your total will be $6.00 S/H instead of $12.00. Does that make sense?

Also...

You did order them on the SAME invoice, right??? After you ordered, you should have received a copy of your order stating that only $6.00 total was charged.

Yep, I messed it up! I deleted the shipping charges and now I wonder if my order went through! I did order both things on the same invoice. I think I had better call SNM. Ugh......

Jackie, did you get an E-mail after you placed your order? The subject title would be "Step N Motion Videos order verification". It would include all details. Sorry, hope this is making sense.

Thanks for all your help. I emailed SNM and explained what I did wrong. They sent me an email stating that they would correct it. Now that is customer service! A++++++

Next time I think I should wait until I get some sleep before I order things!!!
